There were 3 unit sales in May. This is down 25.0% from 4 in May of 2013. Sales/list price ratio in May moved down to 98.5% from 98.7% in April.

Prices
Median price in May was $520,000. This is down 21.5% from $662,625 in May of 2013. 3-month median price of $530,000 in May was down marginally from $540,000 in April and down modestly from $582,500 in May of 2013.

Inventory
Inventory of 28 in May was up 12.0% from 25 in April but down 20.0% from 35 in May of 2013. New listings of 12 in May were up modestly from 11 in April and up considerably from 7 in May of 2013. Months of supply of 6 in May was up slightly from 5.3 in April but down moderately from 8.8 in May of 2013. This is the highest months of supply has been since December, 2013.

Market Time
Days on market of 205 in May was up considerably from 85 in April and way up from 86 in May of 2013. This is the highest days on market has been since May, 2012.

There were 3 unit sales in May. This is up 50.0% from 2 in May of 2013. Sales/list price ratio in May moved down to 98.2% from 99.2% in April.

Median price in May was $432,000. This is down 42.4% from $750,000 in May of 2013. 3-month median price of $395,500 in May was down marginally from $399,000 in April and down modestly from $490,000 in May of 2013.

Inventory
Inventory of 25 in May was up 19.0% from 21 in April but down 51.0% from 51 in May of 2013. New listings of 12 in May were up modestly from 11 in April and up considerably from 5 in May of 2013. Months of supply of 4.8 in May was up slightly from 4.1 in April but down substantially from 12.2 in May of 2013. This is the highest months of supply has been since November, 2013.

Days on market of 67 in May was down considerably from 181 in April but way up from 33 in May of 2013. This is the lowest days on market has been since May, 2013.
